Ethnic Day

Celebrating the (Smt. K. Poornima Srinivasa (Ex-MLA & CEO, S.E.A Group of Institutions) Birthday with an ethnic day celebration in an Indian traditional way can be a wonderful and inclusive event for the company.

Planning Committee: planning committee consisting of volunteers from different departments to organize the event. Ensure diversity in the committee to incorporate various perspectives.

Theme Selection: Decided specific Indian ethnic theme for the celebration. It could be based on a particular state's culture, such as Rajasthani, Punjabi, Bengali, or a more general theme like "Unity in Diversity" showcasing various cultures across India.

Decoration: Decorated the venue with traditional Indian elements such as rangoli (colorful patterns made on the floor), diyas (earthen lamps), marigold flowers, and colorful drapes. Incorporate elements that reflect the chosen theme.

Food and Refreshments: Arrangement of food was done by the Management for the all the staff members for a diverse spread of Indian cuisine representing different regions. Include vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, as well as sweets and snacks. Consider hiring a caterer specializing in authentic Indian dishes.

Cultural Performances: Organized cultural performances such as classical dance, folk music, or a fusion of different Indian art forms. Encourage employees to showcase their talents through dance, music, or skits related to the theme.

Speech and Toast: Dedicated a segment of the celebration for speeches and toasts honoring the CEO's birthday. Express gratitude for their leadership and contribution to the company's success.

Photography and Memories: Hired a professional photographer or designate someone to capture memorable moments throughout the event. Share the photos with employees afterward as a keepsake.
